We want you to find your exact fit, and because we are predicting your code off of your past shopping sizes, etc. we may need to exchange to discover it.

We’re committed to helping you find your forever fit — and we know that for some of us, that process takes a little extra care. While most customers find their fit on the first try, around 10% may need a second pair to get it just right. If we can’t identify your perfect fit immediately, we’ll personally reach out to help. We encourage you to exchange (we cover the cost!), but if you’d prefer a refund, that’s completely okay, too. Just return your item within 30 days in its original condition, and you’ll receive a full refund — no questions asked.

For returns, we’ll provide via email a prepaid return label

3. Pack It Up

Place the item(s) in the original packaging, please include your order number, and attach the shipping label

4. Drop It Off

Take the package to your nearest shipping carrier (we’ll let you know which one when we send the label)

5. Refund Process

Returns that meet the conditions below are eligible for a refund

• Once the courier picks up the order, it will be returned to our warehouse within 5 to 7 days

• A quality inspection will be completed within 1 to 3 business days

• If approved, you'll receive a notification via email, and the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Preorders may be canceled within 72 hours of placing your order. To request a cancellation, please email us at info@apparelgenetics.com or call customer service at 888-663-5326 within 72 hours of your purchase.

Cancellation requests submitted after the 72-hour window will not be accepted, and the order will be processed as placed.
